Abstract

摘要

How to unify general relativity with quantum mechanics is still a central challenge in theoretical physics. As a nonperturbative and background independent theory of quantum gravity, loop quantum gravity has caused increasing attention in recent years. In this talk, the basic structure of canonical loop quantum gravity and some of its recent advances will be reviewed.
