Abstract
摘要 |
The probing and modeling of carrier motions in materials as well as in electronic devices is a fundamental research subject in science and electronics. According to the Maxwell electromagnetic field theory, carriers are a source of electric field. we visualized carrier transits in organic devices. Nevertheless, from many of solids, pholtoluminesence is coming out by laser illumination. One of the way is to use optical filters, but very recently we found that transient photo-luminescent decay is also very helpful to directly visualize carrier transits. In this presentation, I will briefly discuss basic ideas and experimental ideas for visualizing carrier transits. Visualized images will be of help for developing theory of carrier transfer in solids. |
