By discovering the Higgs boson at the LHC, the Standard Model has become complete. And the theorists are looking deeper into the fundamental particle interactions with much higher accurate theoretical predictions, which require higher order corrections. However, the high order theoretical predictions generally involve more complicated Feynman loop integral evaluation. In this talk we will briefly introduce the new technique, symbol map, a mathematical tool that can be useful to simplify expressions among multiple polylogarithms. This technique is promising for the loop integrals being systematically and analytically evaluated. The content will start from Hopf algebra and mainly base on Claude's talk in Hungary NNLO summer school. |
