There have been much interest in the gauge/gravity duality involving higher spin theories in recent years. In particular, the three dimensional case provides a simper setup where much of the interesting ideas can be explored. In this work, we describe a general scheme for the construction andcharacterization of exact solutions in three dimensional higher spin Chern-Simons theories.
