Abstract 摘要 |
Cosmology has entered its “precision” era where the data from various astronomical observations can help to significantly pin down the precision of cosmology parameters. However, we are still far from reaching the “accurate cosmology” era since a large number of problems and puzzles have not been solved yet. We are, in some sense, not quite sure about the Universe in several aspects. In this talk, I am going to put together several observations evidence that seem to be contradict with conventional understanding of the Universe, and discuss what experiments we can do to explore these phenomena and maybe solve these puzzles. These include the inconsistency between cosmological parameter measurements, isotropy of the CMB, CMB low-ell suppression, missing baryon problem, as well as the dwarf galaxy problem. I will also discuss the implication for new physics. |
