Abstract 摘要 |
An outstanding challenge in modern cosmology is to search for direct evidences that can be used to distinguish between different primordial universe paradigms that lead to the Big Bang model, namely between inflation and other possible alternatives. We show that a generic type of signals that exist in the primordial universe can be used for such a purpose. These signals are induced by tiny oscillations of massive fields, and can be used as the "standard clock". They generate features in the primordial density perturbations that directly record the scale factor evolution a(t), and therefore can provide direct evidence for specific paradigm. |
