Abstract
摘要

Evidence is presented for the existence of a new novel solid phase of solid that is stable in room temperature and pressure. This new solid phase of water consists of stable water clusters (SWC) that are electrically charged. SWC is assumed to be produced by a new kind of second order phase transition that is independent of temperature. Meridians system of Chinese medicine is hypothesized to be consisted of these SWC. Medical evidences are presented to support such hypothesis.
