Professor Dmitri Kazakov from Bogoliubov Laboratory of Theoretical Physics, JINR and Academician Ronggen Cai from the Institute of Theoretical Physics, Chinese Academy of Sciences gave overviews of research activities in theoretical physics at Dubna and in China, respectively. The existing cooperation was also introduced by participants from JINR and China. Both sides agreed that this is an important meeting for the general collaboration in theoretical physics and discussed how to develop the program further.
