VISA

Whether you are coming to for a visit, project cooperation or work, you will need to apply for a visa in a nearby Chinese embassy. As the visa policy is subject to change, please contact us to determine which visa type is most suitable. Generally speaking, two kinds of visa are applicable for experts planning to conduct exchanges or scientific cooperation or to take up employment in China. 

 

If you need to apply for a visa, please send the following information to fangxiao@itp.ac.cn (Mr.Xiao Fang). Once received, an official invitation letter for a visa application will be arranged and sent to you.

I. F Visa (Short-Term Visit (90 days or less))

  1. Full name (in accordance with the name on your passport)
  2. Gender
  3. Passport number
  4. Place to apply for Chinese visa
  5. Issuance date and place
  6. Issuance authority
  7. Expiration date
  8. Nationality
  9. Date and place of birth
  10. Occupation and position
  11. Arrival and departure dates
  12. A short resume: a brief CV should be OK, listing from whence to whence what you are doing 
II. Z-Visa (work visa with more than 90 days)
 
  1. Contract with our institute
  2. Name of the consullate or embassy where you want to apply for the visa 
  3. Passport and visa (copy)
  4. Place of birth
  5. Digital and printed photo
  6. Home address and Phone No. 
  7. CV.
  8. PhD degree(copy and verification by embassy)
  9. Marital Status(yes or no)
  10. Health exam(see the sample in the attachement)
  11. No crime declaration
