  • Abstract
     In this talk, I will talk about the symmetry-resolved entanglement entropy (SREE) in the AdS3/CFT2 context. In the first part, I will revisit the holographic entanglement entropy in AdS3/CFT2, in the purpose of showing how the gravity and CFT calculations connect through the duality between the projective structure of a AdS3 manifold and the monodromy of vacuum conformal block. In the second part, I will turn to discuss the charged moments in the holographic U(1) Chern-Simons-Einstein gravity, which is the toolkit for calculating the SREE. The discussion in the second part will be made in parallel with the entanglement story. I will first investigate the U(1)-extended conformal blocks and show that it factorizes into a U(1) block and a Virasoro block. The holographic dual to a U(1) block is proposed to be bulk U(1) Wilson lines defect. I will confirm this duality by computing the effective action for the bulk Chern-Simons field. Using the above results, the charged moments can be calculated easily from both holographic and CFT perspectives. The final results for the SREE, obtained via the charged moments, take a universal form, which in particular is charge-independent. This feature might come from the trivial dynamics of the bulk gauge field.
