    • Abstract
    The examination of specific textures is a traditional approach to the flavor problems in the lepton sector. I will introduce the subject and then specify the study to a texture characterized by two anti-equalities between two independent entries of the neutrino mass matrix (two vanishing sub-traces texture). I will also introduce few symmetry realizations for this texture based on non-Abelian (A4 or S4) flavor symmetry within the type-II seesaw scenario.   Reference: Phys. Rev.
