    Abstract

    摘要

    In this talk, I will introduce our recent work about quantum complexity of the mixed states. We focus on the purification complexity which is defined as the minimal circuit complexity of purified state for a given mixed state. As the simple examples in QFT, we analysis the purification complexity for thermal state and subregions in the free field theory. On the other hand, we also compare these results with that from the two holographic proposals for subregion complexity using volume and action. If time is allowed, I may also talk about the quantum information metric (quantum fidelity susceptibility) and its application to purification complexity.  Reference: “Complexity of Mixed States in QFT” (to appear) with E.Caceres, S,Chapman, J.D.Couch, J.Hernandez and R.Myers; And on-going work.
