Mr. Guang-Zhao Zhou was awarded the Lifetime Contribution Award of the Chinese Physical Society on November 18th, 2022 at the 90th anniversary commemoration meeting of the Chinese Physical Society.
Guang-Zhao Zhou, an Academician of Chinese Academy of Sciences and a world-renowned physicist, has made outstanding achievements in theoretical physics, including elementary particle physics, quantum field theory and nuclear theory, etc. He was awarded the “Two Bombs and One Satellite Achievement Medal” in 1999. During the year of 1983 to 1990, he had been Director of the Institute of Theoretical Physics, Chinese Academy of Sciences.
